The concept of the villas is: basic ground plan, volume can be slightly dispersed and in between volumes are terraces - indoor area is facing the terrace and the river nearby. Everything is surrounded with water and forest.

Hotel zone is the centre of IVANAL PLAZA. Plaza is combining different wide open spaces and terrace structures.
Milestones of hotel facilities are:
- Casino
- Wellness & Spa
- Congress centre
- Medical centre
The philosophy in shaping and organizing facilities is on spacious areas and its connection with nature. Spacious areas are opened towards green terraces, pools and Krka waterfalls. The nature is integrated in the ambience and as well in the overall complex. This gives the opportunity for wellness, spa programs and especially medical programs (alternative medicine) featuring the connection between people and nature. One can feel the connection with the environment and the surrounding.
Buffer zone – the main intention is to provide its guests the relaxation and the complete recovery of body and mind. The ancient Greek philosophy of healing can serve us as an example: During the Antique the thermal spa were organised in the rooms looking like oblong caves. The atmosphere in the room was dark and the room was partly filled with water. One would enter the room and walk through the water from one side of the room to another. The room was quiet and dark. The only sound was that of silent murmur of the water. Thin beams of light, coming from the vault, would slightly break the darkness of the room.
