The terraces are boosting from the Plaza. The whole surface consists of a big sunny terraces positioned on a different levels, green roofs or narrow terraces which can be used for different purposes.

All of these surfaces could be used for different purposes. Indoor facilities are facing either Krka Canyon, inner squars or green areas and pools.
Right next to the edge of the canyon there is the part with villas. The view from villas is beautiful, facing the river Krka while everything is surrounded with forest. The East zone is the sport zone with sports grounds.
